BEFORE BOOKING YOUR TRIP

- Make sure that the agency you are dealing with is a member of TURSAB - the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies with a valid licence number . In accordance with the Law No. 1618 travel agencies can be established upon the issue of an operation licence by the Ministry of Tourism and are obliged to become a member of TURSAB in order to be able to conduct travel agency business, and offer services specified by the Law No.1618.    Click here to verify an agency.

- Make sure that the agency is also a member of ASTA - the American Society of Travel Agents with a valid membership number . Click here to verify an agency.

- Make sure that customer references along with the address, phone and fax numbers are indicated on the website and phone numbers are land lines, not cell phones. (exp: +905...) Verify the numbers by calling.

- When you receive the itinerary that you requested, make sure that all the hotel names and domestic flight details are indicated in the program.

- Make sure that website contains enough information and is secure.
