• Hotel Reservations
  A 50% deposit is required upon booking and the full balance will be charged 55 days prior to arrival date. A "no show" 1 night charge penalty will apply.
• Tour Reservations
  A 50% deposit is required upon booking and the full balance will be charged 75 days prior to arrival date  of the services commencement.
• Cruise Reservations
  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The full balance is due 40 days prior to departure date
• Flight Tickets Reservations
  Full payment at time of booking. Restrictions and penalties applied by each different carrier will be advised at time of reservation.
• Group Reservations
  Special Terms and Conditions will be issued at the time of booking based on different services to be rendered. However full balances are required 3 months prior to commencement of services.
  

 

CANCELLATION POLICY (below will apply)

• Hotel Reservation
  If cancelled less than 30 business days, 1 night charge will be applied.
• Package Tour Reservations (below will apply)
  
  • Cancellation after the first payment, 70% of the Deposit.
  • Prior to 60 days of departure, 55% of the Net Product cost.
  • Within 55 days of departure 65% of the Net Product cost.
  • Within 45 days of departure 75% of the Net Product cost
  • Within 44 days or less no refund is given.
  • No refund is given for a partially used Product.
• Cruise Reservations
  Not refundable if cancelled within 40 days of departure.
• Flight Tickets Reservations
  Restrictions and penalties applied by each different carrier will be advised at time of reservation.
  

REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES

Once a service has commenced, no refunds can be made for any specific tour accommodation, sightseeing and other services not taken.

AIR TRANSPORTATION

Please consult your travel agent or the airline for the applicable penalties and/or restrictions. If passengers purchase non-refundable air tickets, MyTurkeyTours.com cannot be responsible in the event a tour is cancelled.

 

NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOUR RATES

Land rates do not include international flights between the countries and domestic flights in the country, unless stated in the itinerary. Any expenses in the passport costs, visas, airport departure taxes, photography fees payable at admission sites, excess baggage, forwarding of baggage and souvenirs, meals not specified on the itineraries, all personal expenses incurred at the hotels and the customary tips to drivers and guides, which are left to passengers discretion are not included.

CHANGES IN YOUR PROGRAM

MyTurkeyTours.com reserves the right to change your current hotels, domestic flights, ferry and bus tickets without a notice as some situations are beyond our control. Extra fees and penalties will apply on any flight, hotel, tour or schedule changes made by the clients during touring.

RESPONSIBILITY

MyTurkeyTours.com is responsible in making all the arrangements for everything specified in the services and itineraries. All of the carriers, hotels and other services provided in which we bring together in our tours work as independent contractors and are not agents or employees of the company. Nevertheless, all of the service provided bears MyTurkeyTours.com guarantee and responsibility for quality service, which we provide all of our customers with. All travel documents issued by MyTurkeyTours.com, in written paraphernalia or to the customer, are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the laws of Turkey. In case any of the services included in our tour packages cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond the control of the company, than myturkeytours.com is responsible in providing equally comfortable and interesting alternatives. Any resulting difference resulting from customer's choice of the alternatives, shall be payable by the customer during their stay. Luggage is carried at the owner's risk and luggage insurance is recommended.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Adequate insurance is mandatory for all Clients to cover at least but not limited to medical and repatriation expenses, loss of luggage and cancellation or curtailment of a Product and should not exclude any planned adventure activities from the time of booking for the full duration of the Product as a minimum. A Client and his personal belongings are the sole responsibility of himself. MyTurkeyTours.com accepts no liability on the Client's behalf where MyTurkeyTours.com has provided a Product of reasonable standard. Clients are fully responsible for arranging their own insurance.

 

LIABILITY OF MYTURKEYTOURS.COM

1. MyTurkeyTours.com Products and in particular, adventure activities, contain an element of risk to the personal safety of the Client that other package holidays may not contain. By accepting these Booking Conditions Clients are aware of the risks inherent in their chosen travel and Clients undertake such risks at their own volition.MyTurkeyTours.com accepts no liability of Client's damages where MyTurkeyTours.com has fulfilled its Duty of Care to Clients by providing Products of a reasonable standard. MyTurkeyTours.com accepts no liability if there has been no fault on the part of MyTurkeyTours.com or its' suppliers, and the reason for the claimed damages was either the Client's fault or a result of unusual circumstances beyond the control of MyTurkeyTours.com by force majeure and the consequences of which could not have been avoided even with all due care.
2. In respect of carriage by air, sea and rail and the provision of accommodation, MyTurkeyTours.com's liability in the said cases will be limited in the manner provided by the relevant international conventions.
3. MyTurkeyTours.com accepts no liability if additional costs to the Client are incurred through delay, accident or disruption of the Product(s) beyond the control of MyTurkeyTours.com by force majeure.

 

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION 

It is the responsibility of the Clients to be in possession of a valid passport, visa permits, vaccinations, preventative medicines and other medical certificates and all necessary travel documents. MyTurkeyTours.com is not liable for damages arising from changes in regulations or laws to the necessary travel document requirements. Information about these matters is given in good faith by MyTurkeyTours.com but without liability.

 

HEALTH AND CONDUCT

All Clients are expected to satisfy themselves prior to booking that they are fit and able to complete the itinerary of their chosen tour as described in the brochure. Any Clients with pre-existing medical conditions or illness must declare the true nature of such conditions at the time of booking, and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment which may be required during the tour. Such a client is required to provide a medical statement from a General Practitioner to confirm they are fit to travel. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and relieve MyTurkeyTours.com from any obligations and liability.

 

CLIENT EXCLUSION AND LOCAL LAW

Clients agree to accept the authority and decisions of MyTurkeyTours.com's and its supplier's employees and representatives whilst on tour. If in the opinion of such persons, the health or conduct of a Client before or after the departure appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable or happy progress of the tour, the Client may be excluded from all or part of the tour without prior notice or any liability on the part of MyTurkeyTours.com. In the case of Client ill health, MyTurkeyTours.com may make such arrangements as it sees fit and recover the costs thereof from the Client. Passengers agree to comply with the laws and regulations of the countries they travel. MyTurkeyTours.com shall not be liable to any Clients who commit illegal or unlawful acts whilst on tour.
