Why do I book a package tour with you?

A: By booking a package with us, everything is arranged to make you holiday hassle free, you can save time, save money and not have to worry about booking accommodation, buying tickets for your transport, finding your hotel when you reach the airport and finding the right tour when you reach the sites. As the travel agencies can get a better price than the customer, packages also work out to be more economical.

  What does Independent Tour mean? 

A: Means that, you will be traveling independently on the regular transports according to your choice (Plane/Bus ). Once you arrive on the next location we will transfer you to your hotel and organize your local tours.

PS: All transportations, tickets and transfers will be organized by us. Simply, all you have to do is just showing up in Turkey! We take care of the rest. 

How do you organize all transports and tours at that much different locations?

A: We have our branch offices based in Capadoccia, Kusadasi, Ephesus, Antalya... and all work coordinated. They will know at what time and by which transport you will be arriving at that location and be ready to meet you, to transfer you to your hotel and organize your local tours.

 How do I save money? 

A: Our package tours already have all your needs included (except your personal expenses), you will never pay any extra fee! Our prices are cheaper than traveling  the same itinerary on your own. For example, 10 days full Turkey tour including Istanbul, Ephesus, Pamukkale and Cappadocia will cost you $1250 with us. Here how much it costs when you travel  the same itinerary on your own : 

• 10 days accommodation (4 star) : $800 per person

• 6 full guided tours : $600 (local agencies charge not less then $100 per person)

• Plane Tickets: $220 total (at least 2 destinations)

• Taxi for transfers : $150 per person 

• Total price: $1770 per person (when you travel on your own)   

• Our price: $1250 per person 

 Am I traveling with a group?

A: No. You will be traveling independently on the regular transports according to your choice (Plane/Bus) but you will be with a small group only on local tours at the chosen areas this gives you an opportunity to meet different people through your stay in Turkey. Tailor made programs are for individual traveling. This makes the packages flexible to suit your needs and allows you to travel with an organized plan but without being herded around in a group.

Can I basically go wherever and whenever I want ?

A: Yes you can ! All you have to do is just fill up the Custom Made Tour Request Form and our travel agents will create your ideal vacation within 24 hours! 

 What are the departure dates of your tours?

A: There is no specific date! You can just pick-up your own dates to depart your package tour ! In another word, our tours depart everyday all year-round. 

 What if I don't like my hotel?

A: You always have your right to change your accommodation if you are not happy. We will immediately transfer you in another hotel. Please keep in mind, you may also choose your own hotel. All you have to do is just mention what hotel you would like to stay in while we create your itinerary.

 How about your guides?

A: All our guides are well experienced and  licensed by The Ministry of Culture and Tourism. 5 to 10 years experience in guiding. Since you will join to local tours on each place, you will also have a local guide of that specific area. 

What is included in tours?

A: High class accommodation. (usually 4 star and boutique hotels, see your hotels in detailed itineries)
    Everyday breakfast and lunch whenever there is a local tour. 
    Full day guided cultural tours on each area.  
    Professional tour guides on tours. (professionally licenses - English speaking) 
    All transportation & transfers by brand new (A/C) coaches.
    All domestic flights by Turkish Airlines.
    All admission, museum and service fees (where necessary).

Do I have to pay the full amount to book a package tour?

A: No. You will need to pay %50 of the total amount of your package tour in order to complete your booking. You will be required to pay the rest of the amount 75 days before your arrival day in Turkey.

Can we choose our hotels?

A: Yes you can. All you have to do is just letting us know what hotels you would like to stay in while your agent creates your itinerary.

Is there a discount for kids?

A: Yes there is. 0-2 years: free of charge. 2-4 years: 1/3 of the price. 4-6 years: half a price. Discounts are also subject to change, depending on the month of the travel, hotels and etc.

Can we get a private guide?

A: Yes you can. All you have to do is just mention to your agent that you would like to get a private guide on tours. They will create your itinerary according to that.

How do I pay ?

A: We have 2 options to complete your booking,

1) We accept online payments in our website. After your tour request we will provide you online payment details to complete your payment and your confirmation will follow after your payment confirmed. 

2) You can also complete your payment by faxing us a credit card authorization form to our number + 90-212-518-7583. For security purposes we require a photocopy of your credit card, your signature, billing address and home telephone number. No second-party credit cards will be accepted. Credit card authorization form will be sent to you via email or you can simply click here to print it.
